Xiaomi Mi 11 5G: Things we know about it

Xiaomi has confirmed that its upcoming flagship series will be the Mi 11. Xiaomi still didn’t release the names of the upcoming phones but we expect them to release Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro models. In today’s topic, we’ll discuss everything we know about the Xiaomi Mi 11 which is the base model of the Mi 11 series.

Price & Release date

From the sea of leaks, we drew the conclusion that the new Xiaomi Mi 11 5G will probably be released on December 29, 2020. About the pricing, we don’t know much about it right now. It’s really hard to guess the price because the Mi 9 and Mi 10 had big differences in price. Mi 9 was more like the mid-range phone but Xiaomi pushed Mi 10 in premium territories and prices went high by a lot. Because of that, it’s really hard to guess but we expect it to be somewhere around $1000.

What you can see in the picture bellow is what the new Xiaomi Mi 11 may look like. The person who shot these photos claim’s them to be from the Xiaomi Mi 11 commercial shooting. Those photos shows a sky blue colored phone with a camera module in square shape at the back.

Specifications

High Quality Display

The newest member of the Xiaomi Mi series will have a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. This superior display will have 386 PPI pixel density and an 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. The screen also features HDR10+, 120HZ refresh rate, and 800 nits type. brightness. And yet on top of all that it is protected by the amazing Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Camera

The all-new Xiaomi Mi 11 is equipped with a quad-camera system on the back: 108MP main camera, 16MP ultra-wide camera, 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and 2MP depth camera. The camera itself features a dual-LED flash, panorama mode, and HDR. This incredible camera can shoot 8K videos in 30fps, as well as 4k videos 30/60fps. As for the front of the phone, this guy has a 32MP selfie camera. This incredible camera features and HDR mode and can shoot 1080p videos in 30fps.

Xiaomi Mi 11 will be powered by an incredible Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 chipset, which is one of the strongest chipsets available on Planet Earth at the moment. Battery Capacity

It supports 60W fast charging as well as 30W fast wireless charging, so recharging this phone’s battery won’t be a problem. According to some other leaks, this phone could also come with a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery, and only 55W fast charging.
