Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G: Review

Last year’s Xiaomi MI 9T series did not have a Lite version, but this year we got a MI 10T Lite 5G. A great phone for as a matter of fact affordable price. Xiaomi announced this phone on September 30 and released it on October 13, 2020. We call it a budget beast because for the price of $300 this probably the best buy smartphone on the market.

Specifications

Display

New Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite is equipped with an appreciable 6.67-inch IPS LCD display. This great IPS panel has a 120HZ refresh rate and a big resolution of 1080x 2400 pixels. The aspect ratio of this phone is 20:9 and it has 395 PPI density. The screen has great visibility from all angles and one of the best color accuracy. If you are scared of breaking the screen on your lovely phone. Don’t worry this one is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Mi 10T Lite Cameras

The camera module is commensurate with Poco X3. The phone has a quad-camera setup: 64 MP main shooter, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth camera. The camera itself can shoot videos at 4K at 30fps, 1080p at 30/60/120/240 fps, and 720p at 960fps for some great slow-motion videos. About the selfie camera phone is equipped with a single 16MP camera that features HDR. Selfie camera can shoot videos at 1080p at 30fps and 720p at 120fps.

Configuration

This phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, one of the best budget 5G chipset, which will be capable of every challenge you give him. Chipset it self is paired with Adreno 619 GPU, which is a great mid-range GPU capable of some gaming and everyday usage. This phone comes with 6GB of ram and either 64GB or 128GB of storage. Multitasking will be childsplay due to 6GB of RAM and fast chipset. Also, the memory of the phone is expandable through an SD card so storage won’t be a problem.

Battery Capacity

The Lite version of MI 10T lineup has a sizeable 4820 mAh Li-Po battery. Phone supports 33W fast charging, that means this phone can recharge from 0%-100% in just below an hour. It doesn’t support any type of wireless or reverse charging.

AnTuTu Benchmark

AnTuTu benchmark is a great way to define the phone’s power. It gives your device an overall numerical score as well as an overall score for each test it performs. You can use it for comparing your device’s speed and performance with other options on the market. According to AnTuTu scores, Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G got a score of around 330K, which means it’s better than 88% of smartphones available on the market right now.

Unboxing

This phone is packed like any other Xiaomi phone. In the box except for the usual user manuals, you will find a 33W-capable fast charger, a USB cable, and one plain transparent silicone mask. In general, Xiaomi always does a great job when it comes to packing their devices.

Should you buy it?

Of course! Xiaomi makes really good phones at a good price and this phone is no exception. For as little as $300 you will get a great 5G phone. Featuring 6.67-inch IPS LCD Display with a 120HZ refresh rate, one of the best budget chipsets the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, 6GB RAM, and a great quad camera setup. We recommend this phone to anyone who wants a good phone for little money because this one will certainly not let you down. Xiaomi really did a great job in giving as much as he can for as cheaper as this phone can be.
