Samsung Galaxy M21, A50s price cuts: Check new prices and specifications

New prices

Samsung cut prices of the Galaxy A50s and Galaxy M20 in India.

Samsung Galaxy M21 was launched in India in March with two versions: 4GB/64GB priced at $170 and 6GB/128GB priced at $200. After taxes hike last month, smartphone prices in India went up, so Galaxy M21’s new prices for the 4GB/64GB version went to $190 ($220 for the 6GB/128GB version). And finally with the latest price cuts prices went down to $175(4GB/64GB) and $205(6GB/128GB).

Samsung Galaxy A50s has launched in India last September again in two versions, 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB. The base version was priced at $305 and the more powerful one (with 6GB RAM) was priced at $330.After the first price changes, 4GB/128GB was $280 and 6GB/128GB was $355. However, after the latest price cuts, 4GB/128GB version is now at $245 and 6GB/128GB is $270.

Prices of both phones are listed on both Samsung’s India site and Amazon.in.

M21 vs A50s

Overall they are pretty similar and both are great for their price. They have the same Exynos 9611 chipset, same 6.4-inch display, same GPU. But if you are more into a bigger battery and you wanna save some extra money, buy M21. And if you want a great selfie camera and also great battery life, buy A50s. No matter which one you buy you won’t be disappointed, as both phones will give you excellent performance.

Samsung Galaxy M21 specs

Display

Samsung Galaxy M21 comes with a 6.4-inch Super-AMOLED display having a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It has a very good viewing experience where the pixel density of 403PPI adds crispness and clarity. The display comes with waterdrop notch and bezel-less design.

Camera

The smartphone has 48MP, 8MP, and 5MP rear cameras that can capture classic pictures with a bright and clear look. At the front, there is a 20MP camera, which is a rather better camera to capture selfies.

Configuration

Galaxy M21 has been provided with an octa-core processor, which is set upon the Exynos 9 Octa 9611 chipset. Which will offer great performance for gaming and other usages. It has Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, which is good for the graphical effects while 4GB/6GB RAM can handle both gaming and multitasking. It comes with 64GB or 128GB of storage, and if it’s not enough for you it’s expandable through SD card up to 512GB.

Battery

It comes with a 6000mAh Li-ion battery, which is huge and will provide more than a one day of usage even for the most extensive users.

The smartphone has 48MP, 8MP, and 5MP rear cameras that can capture classic pictures with a bright and clear look. At the front, there is a 32MP camera, which would be selfie lovers choice.

Configuration

Samsung Galaxy A50s has been provided with an octa-core Exynos 9 Octa 9611 chipset. Combined with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU it will provide great performance for gaming. 4GB/6GB RAM will make multitasking smoothly. It comes with 128GB of storage, and if it’s not enough for you it’s expandable through SD card up to 512GB.

Battery

It comes with a 4000mAh Li-ion battery and Fast Charging technology. It will last at least one day.
