Realme C11: The budget beast is coming

Realme is an offshoot of the Chinese brand Oppo and aims to provide smartphones under Rs. 20,000($270) for the “young people around the world.” It is led by former Oppo Global VP Sky Li and was launched in May 2018.

Release date and price

Realme C11 was announced on June 30 and will be launched on 07 July 2020- in 2 color variants: Mint Green, and Pepper Grey. And it will only cost around $100, which is making it a “budget beast”.

Specifications

Realme C11 Display

C11 comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display, having a screen resolution of only 1560 x 720 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has okay viewing experience and the pixel density of only 270 PPI. Screen to body ratio is 81.7% which is great for this price. Overall, it has a great display for the price of $100.

Camera Quality

Realme C11 has a dual-camera system: 13MP main camera and 2MP depth camera. This phone can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. The camera includes HDR, LED flash, and a panorama system. It has a 5MP main camera that can also shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. Again those cameras are great for only $100.

Configuration

Realme C11 is provided with MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, which is a good low-end octa core chipset. It has PowerVR GE 8320 GPU, which will provide okay graphical effects. It comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage, which is impressive for this price range. Storage won’t be a problem because its expandable through micro SD.

Battery

It comes with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery, which will provide 2 days of usage, while its 10W fast charger will recharge this huge battery in like 2 hours. Battery drain tests showed that this phone can handle 32 h video playback.

AnTuTu is a Benchmark app for android users. It gives your device an overall numerical score as well as an overall score for each test it performs. It’s useful for comparing your device’s speed and performance with other options on the market.

According to AnTuTu scores, Realme C11 got a score of 113288, which means its better than 69% of smartphones

YES, Realme C11 is a great phone for this price as this phone comes with MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, which will offer the best experience in this price range. It also has a dual-camera system 13MP + 2MP with HDR, LED FLASH, panorama. The phone comes with an Android 10, 5MP front camera, and a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display.
