Oppo released its new Reno4 Z 5G smartphone earlier this year. They announced it on September 29 and released it on October 15. This phone is also known as Oppo A92s in some areas in the world. The lowest price we found on the internet is $448. This phone comes in two premium looking colors: Ink Black, and Dew White.

Unboxing

This phone is packed pretty well. It comes in a premium blue box with a glossy finish. Inside the box, you will find an 18W charger, USB cable, good 3.5mm earphones, and an ordinary transparent silicone case. If you ask us, this phone comes with a lot of accessories for just $450.

Specifications

Oppo Reno4 Z Display

This great mid-range phone has a 6.57-inch LTPS IPS LCD Display. This exceptional display has a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display has a refresh rate of 120HZ, which means that everything will work smoothly on this phone. Pixel density is very high as this phone has as much as 401PPI. Screen to body ratio is quite high for this class as this phone has an 84.3% screen-to-body ratio. If your phone often falls out of your hand, don’t worry this phone has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection which will prevent any cracks from appearing.

Cameras

Oppo Reno4 Z has a quad-camera system on the back: 48MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth camera. The camera system features LED flash, HDR, and panorama mode. The camera can shoot 4k videos at 30fps and 1080p videos at 30fps as well. About the selfie camera, this phone has a dual selfie camera module. 16MP main selfie camera and 2MP depth camera. The selfie camera also features HDR and can shoot 1080p videos 1080p at 30fps.

Configuration

The phone is equipped with MediaTek MT6873V Dimensity 800 5G chipset. This chipset is compared to Snapdragon 765G chipset and we can tell that it’s a little better than the 765G. Chipset is paired with a Mali-G57 MC4 GPU, which will bring graphical effects to a great level. The phone comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, this is the only variation available. Due to 8GB RAM and a great fast chipset, this phone will have high multitasking ability. Storage also won’t be a problem since it’s expandable through an SD card.
