OnePlus release two flagships per year- one in the spring, and then another one six months later. That’s what happened last year when One Plus 7t showed up in October after a spring release for the OnePlus 7 lineup. So we expect OnePlus to follow suit with the OnePlus 8T, with an October release. The latest rumors from famous tipster Ishan Agarwal has pegged the OnePlus 8T for an October 14 Release.
OnePlus 8 series started at $699 and $899 for the pro version. And this gets you 8GB Ram and 128GB storage on both phones, but you can pay $799 or $999 to get that up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The T versions of OnePlus flagships tend to cost a little more so we expect them to be around $50 more expensive than regular OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro.
Specifications
Display
OnePlus 8T has one of the best displays in the flagship category. It has a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display having a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a 20: 9 aspect ratio. The display itself has a great viewing experience and a display density of 402 PPI. Screen to body ratio is 88.7% which is great. It comes with a 120HZ refresh rate and OnePlus protected the whole screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Camera Quality
OnePlus 8T has a quad-camera system on the back: 48MP main camera, 16MP ultra-wide camera, 5MP macro camera, and 2MP depth camera. This phone can shoot 4k videos at 30/60fps, and 1080p at 30/60/240 fps. On the front, OnePlus 8T has a single 32 MP selfie camera. The selfie camera can shoot videos at 1080p@30fps.
Configuration
The New OnePlus phone is provided with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. Which will offer the best performance for gaming and other usages. It has an Adreno 650 GPU, which is great for the graphical effects while 8GB / 12GB of RAM will handle both gaming and multitasking easily. It comes with 128GB / 256GB of storage, and memory won’t be expandable through an SD card.
Battery
The OnePlus 8Thas a 4500mAh Li-Po battery which should last more than a day of usage. It also comes with a 65W fast charger, which can recharge your battery from 0%-100% in just 40min.

AnTuTu is a Benchmark app for android users. It gives your device an overall numerical score as well as an overall score for each test it performs. It’s useful for comparing your device’s speed and performance with other options on the market. According to rumors about AnTuTu scores, One Plus 8T got a score of around 630k points which is better than 99% of the smartphones available.
