Honor Play4 Pro

Configuration

Honor Play4 has a MediaTek MT6873 chipset, which is a great mid-class chipset. It will handle both gaming and everyday usage without a problem. It has a Mali-G76 MP16 GPU, which is decent for graphical effects. Play4 comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Storage won’t be a problem since its expandable through SD card.

Honor Play4 Pro has a Kirin 990 chipset(The same chipset is in P40 and P40 Pro), which is a great flagship chipset. It will handle both gaming and everyday usage without a problem. It has a Mali-G76 MP16 GPU, which is great for graphical effects. Play4 Pro also comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage, and storage is also expandable through SD Card.

Honor Play 4e will have Kirin 710A chipset, which is a good budget chipset. It should handle some games and everyday usage without problems. It’ll have ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU, which should be enough for graphical effects. It will have 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, and it is most likely that storage will also be expandable through SD card.

Honor Play 4

AnTuTu test

AnTuTu is a Benchmark app for android users. It gives your device an overall numerical score as well as an overall score for each test it performs. It’s useful for comparing your device’s speed and performance with other options on the market.

According to AnTuTu scores, Play4 Pro will give you significantly better performance than Play4. Honor Play4 got 316k, and Play4 Pro got 466k. However, we still don’t have information about the Play 4e score.

Software

Honor is a subsidiary company of Huawei, and the relationship between the two brands is complementary. As a result of a ban on trading with the US, Huawei and Honor can’t preload newly released phones with Google apps like Maps and YouTube, the Play Store or Google Assistant. New Play4 phones all come with a new android 10 but without Google services. Don’t let this disappoint you, there is a chance of getting your services back, you can do in two ways with and without a USB drive.

Which one should you buy?

Honor Play4 Pro is a lot better than the Play4 and is more similar to P40 so if you have a higher budget we recommend you to buy Play4 Pro. If you are on limited budget Play4 is a great 5G phone that will give you great overall experience. And if you are looking for a great budget phone Play 4e is for you.
