Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your device within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- The device must be in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty Device Returns (Warranty Claims)
Devices can be returned under warranty within 12 months of purchase if they are faulty.

- Faulty devices will be assessed upon return to determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned device is inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
How to Return a Device
- Devices can be returned in person at our Brisbane CBD store during business hours.
- Alternatively, they can be shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the device is securely packaged to prevent damage.
Exclusions
- Devices damaged, modified, or showing wear beyond their condition at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return.
